Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 0.5 kg products. We do not have a maximum order quantity. You can buy 2 bundles,a hundred bundles or more. The more you buy,the more discounts you get.
Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?
All our products are shipped from Vietnam. We ship orders using DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex …. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination.

How to pay for my order?
Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T),or Paypal, a +4% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
I noticed that some of the bundles have a slight lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. I also discovered a few grey hairs present, is this normal?
Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and some is younger. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and colors. The colors are varied from gray, very black to light natural brown. So that is a situation that is frequently seen. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.
What is single drawn, double drawn and super double drawn hair?
The single drawn hair has thin end which is contained an amount of hair that have more babyhair than the double and super double. The double drawn hair contain more hair that is at the same length than the single drawn hair and the super double hair is the thickest hair bundle which has the very thick end almost same length. It also costs much more than the single drawn hair and double drawn hair.
What are the grades of hair? Do you have 9a/10a/8a/..grade?
Actually, grade is the way that Chinese value their hair. We sell Vietnamese hair so we just have single, double and super double drawn hair and all of them are best quality. Let us show you some pics to see the difference.
Can I replace tape (for Tape hair) if I want?
Yes, of course, we also sell tape roll and remover tape also, if you need it.
How long do you take to make it?
In normal we often need about 5 days, but it depends on the color, the textures you need it can be longer than normal 1- 2 days.
What's the size you have?
We have 6- 32 inches, sometime we also have 34-40 inches but limited quantity.
Does your hair have a lot of short hairs?
It will depend on the quality you choose. If you choose super double drawn hair, the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles is very little, so you can see the end of hair is very full.
Is it 100% no mixed donors no fillers synthetic fibers animal hairs?
Sure, that It's 100% human hair like our natural hair.
What is the origin of your hair?
Our hair is 100% Vietnamese human hair. The hair is smooth, soft and natural. This hair is tangle-free. No shed, no insects and bugs. They are available for us to choose any types of hair that you want (For example: style, dye or bleach or perm,…)
How do you source and collect your hair?
Our material hair is collected from healthy donors who have long hair and want to sell them. Most of them use the components from nature like herbs instead of using chemicals for their natural hair. So we can guarantee the quality of our hair extensions.
What are the hair patterns you have and how are the patterns created?
The patterns created methods: From Vietnamese hair, we select and classify carefully into 3 main patterns as below. To have the perfect textures, we also use the hot steam way to create different kinds of wavy and curly hair. Hair patterns: - Straight: yaki straight, kinky straight - Wavy: natural wavy, body wavy, deep wavy, water wavy, etc. - Curly: deep curly, romantic curly, kinky curly.
